All contracts, articles of association, resolutions and other legal documents are coordinated and integrated into a coherent overall framework. <\/p><p>A particular focus is on succession planning involving the use of trusts. PCS develops transfer structures in which trusts are specifically utilised to pool assets over the long term, stabilise corporate and ownership structures across generations, and make the most of tax planning opportunities.
